Greenly was founded in 2019 by Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud with one mission: make carbon management as essential as financial management.
Today, we are a global leader in carbon accounting, proudly B-Corp certified and part of the French Tech 120. Our climate suite combines smart data collection with intuitive automation, helping companies measure, reduce, and report their emissions with ease — supported at every step by our in-house climate experts. 💚
More than 3,500 companies in 20+ countries use Greenly to manage their climate strategy: from carbon assessments and life-cycle analyses to SBTi trajectories and compliance with CSRD and CBAM.

🌱 About the team
You’ll join Greenly’s Marketing team, a central team driving our international growth — especially across the EU, UK and US markets.
The team works at the intersection of content, SEO, product marketing, and climate expertise, collaborating closely with Climate Experts, Sales, Design & Brand, and Research & Methodology.
Content is a key growth lever at Greenly: from educational blog articles to data-driven stories, we aim to make complex climate topics clear, engaging, and actionable. 🌍✍️
You’ll play a direct role in maintaining and scaling this effort during a key transition period.
🌱 About the role
We’re looking for an English Copywriter Intern to support our content production.
Your mission: produce high-quality content for English-speaking audiences (EU, UK, US), while contributing to the improvement of our existing content.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership — you won’t just assist, you’ll write, optimize, and contribute directly to our content strategy.
In your first months, you will:
Write and SEO-optimize blog articles and landing pages ✍️
Update and improve existing content as part of our optimization plan
Proofread and ensure high editorial quality across content
Collaborate with Climate Experts to translate complex topics into simple content
Support internal teams with their content needs (Sales, Marketing, etc.)
Brief the Design team for visuals (infographics, illustrations) 🎨
Contribute to the editorial calendar and content planning
You will contribute to:
Maintaining a consistent editorial output during the internship
Improving the quality and performance of existing content
Bringing new ideas and topics to the content roadmap 💡
What success looks like at the end of your internship:
You are autonomous in managing your content pipeline
You consistently deliver high-quality, well-structured articles
You contribute proactively with relevant content ideas
You receive positive feedback from stakeholders on your collaboration and output 💬
🌱 Skills to succeed
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Are native or fully fluent in English (C2 minimum — mandatory) 🇬🇧🇺🇸
Have excellent writing skills: clarity, structure, and ability to simplify complex topics
Are curious and eager to learn, especially about climate and sustainability 🌱
Are organized and autonomous, able to manage deadlines and priorities
Are a team player, comfortable collaborating with different teams
Have a strong attention to detail (proofreading, consistency, tone)
Extra points if you:
Have experience in content writing, journalism, or blogging
Have basic knowledge of SEO principles
Are familiar with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
Have an interest in climate, ESG, or sustainability topics
Have used a CMS (e.g. Prismic, WordPress…)
You might not be a fit if:
Your English writing is not at a professional/native level ❌
You struggle to work autonomously or manage deadlines
You are not interested in learning about climate topics
You are uncomfortable receiving feedback and iterating on your work
