Job Description

As our Lead Product Designer, you will be in charge of improving and developing the UI and UX of the Greenly SAAS Platform. 🌱 πŸš€ You will be responsible for the creative vision, project management, and supervision of the members of the Design team. On top of that, you will be an active contributor & designer for Greenly's Platform. πŸ’ͺ πŸ› οΈ

At Greenly, product development is a collaborative effort between engineering, design, operations, and other key functions.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»As a Head of Product Design at Greenly, you will

  • Identify user needs and correlate them with business objectives

  • Co-design new features in collaboration with the Design & Product team

  • Ensure the proper implementation of features and products in collaboration with the tech team

  • Strengthen our Design System to enable us to effectively deliver the best user experiences ✨

  • Implement the tools and methodologies that you deem suitable to improve our standards Design and discovery process

  • Define creative vision and design goals

  • Supervise, inspire, and develop the skills of the Product Designer team πŸ”₯

Preferred Experience

You're the one we're looking for! πŸ‘‡

  • +5 years of Product design experience, preferably with diverse expertise including products, web, and content, showcasing versatility and a 360Β° vision. Proven experience in team and project management

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 🀝

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

  • Advanced UI/UX skills πŸ–₯️

  • In-depth understanding of design trends, user experience, and emerging technologies

  • Ability to manage change and encourage adaptability within the team

  • Critical evaluation of designs, identification of possible improvements, and providing constructive feedback are essential for ensuring work quality

  • Fluent in English. French is a big plus πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ πŸ‡«πŸ‡·

  • Ability to work autonomously and be proactive

  • Passion for combating climate change 🌱
