Job Description

General Purpose 🌱

You will be part of the International Sales Team, working alongside +20 talented & hungry salespeople with one thing in mind: converting as many prospects to customers, and taking part in reducing global emissions.

Duties and Responsibilities 🤝

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role will consist of convincing companies to tackle climate change with Greenly!

You will contact any person in charge of implementing a low-carbon strategy in your Vertical & qualify their needs.

You will work hand-in-hand with your Account Executives, generating qualified leads for them, as well as your Team Leader & the rest of the SDR team.

What will you be doing? 🎯

  • Generate new sales opportunities for Account Executives.

  • Identify companies and people to target in your Vertical(s).

  • Use cold calling, e-mailing, and many more channels to reach out to your leads.

  • Qualify these leads & pitch Greenly's value proposition.

  • Follow up with your KPIs & leads.

  • Take part in or lead internal projects to continuously improve our processes & grow every day! 🌱

Preferred Experience

Skills and Qualifications 🥇

You would be a great match if you have :

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (or equivalent).

  • +1 year experience in the Business Development / Revenue field.

  • A hunter's mindset - not afraid to pick up the phone every day. ☎️🔥

  • Experience using HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Salesloft & Lusha is a plus.

  • If you have experience in entrepreneurship, the associative field, or anything similar, please bring it forward!

And if you are :

  • Autonomous, proactive & a great team player.

  • Willing to take part in an entrepreneurial project with a positive impact.

  • Curious, willing to learn, open to giving and receiving feedback, and to transparency.

  • Ambitious: you feel at home in a start-up and fast-paced environment.
