🌱 About the role

As a Marketing Development Representative, your role will be a bridge between the Marketing and Sales teams. The mission being to accelerate the sales cycle. 
Because leads will often be generated through content, this role is crucial in helping us get closer to our leads. It is all about using smart and innovative content as a bridge to help our sales teams reach their target clients more efficiently. As part of the role, you will also have the opportunity to maintain direct contact with potential clients for prospection and qualification. 

🌱 Your daily tasks

  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns (emails, webinars, events) to engage and convert prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Warm up leads identified by the Ops team and ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
  • Prospect Contact: Contact prospects before and after web conferences, events, and webinars.
  • Ressource Creation: Be proactive in proposing and creating resources for specific campaigns.
  • Database Management: Maintain data quality and handle administrative tasks in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the SDR teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

🌱 You are a fit for this role if you... 

  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • You have a native-equivalent level of both French and English. 
  • Have a strong experience in writing marketing campaigns. 
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or lead generation is a plus. 
  • Have excellent communication skills and an ability to establish genuine human connections.  
  • Enjoy work that requires you to be creative, analytical, resourceful, and result-oriented.
