General Purpose 🌱

As a new member of our team, you will be joining a team of over 30 experienced Account Executives who are passionate about the industry and dedicated to achieving success. You will work in various fields and play a critical role in growing Greenly's business by finding high-quality leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating innovative sales strategies, and effectively communicating the value of our products to clients. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage a client book and proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. In addition, you will continuously search for new business opportunities and close deals to drive the growth of the company. Your contribution to the team's efforts will be essential to achieving our shared goals and long-term success here at Greenly.

As an Account Executive, your role will be to convince as many companies as possible to track and improve their carbon footprint. You will need to communicate and persuade any person in charge of implementing a GHG policy, such as CSR Managers, CFOs, founders, and others, in order to gain deals.

Duties and Responsibilities 🤝

  • Understand the issues and expectations in relation to carbon footprint and specific carbon studies

  • Pitch Greenly to prospects from different sectors of activity and complexity

  • Follow up on your prospects and KPIs

  • Take part or lead internal projects in order to continuously improve our processes

  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

  • Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships

  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs

  • Negotiate agreements

  • Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.

  • Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management.

Profil recherché

Skills and Qualifications 🥇

You are the candidate we are looking for if you tick these boxes:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Business or Engineering school (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales / Account Executive

  • Good French and English communication skills, both verbal & written

  • Experience using Hubspot is a plus

  • Autonomous but also a great team player

  • Want to take part in an entrepreneurial project with a positive impact

  • Willing to learn, open to feedback and to transparency

  • Ambitious, you feel at home in a start-up and fast-paced environment

  • Ultimately, you want to fight against climate change
