The Team

As part of the Sales Team, you will work alongside +20 talented & ambitious people with one goal in mind : converting as many prospects into customers taking part in our mission of reducing global emissions.

The role

As a Sales Development Representative your role will be to contact people in charge of implementing a low-carbon strategy & qualify their needs. You will be focused on developing opportunities for the French market within a team of 9 people working with the same goal.

You will work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives, generating qualified leads for them, as well as your Team Leader & the rest of the SDR team who will be there to guide you and share best practices with you.

The Goals

  • Identify companies and people to target in your vertical(s).

  • Use cold calling, e-mailing and many more channels to reach out to your leads.

  • Qualify these leads & pitch Greenly's value proposition.

  • Follow up with your KPIs & leads.

  • Take part in or lead internal projects in order to continuously improve our processes & ensure continuous growth !

Profil recherché

  • A degree in Business, Environmental Sciences or an equivalent field.

  • A hunter's mindset - not afraid to pick up the phone

  • An appreciation of autonomy, space that allows proactivity & team collaboration.

  • Being passionate about continuous learning and a true believer in the power of constructive feedback.

  • You are ambitious and feel most excited when in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

    Extra points go for candidates who...

  • Have previous experience in the Business Development / Revenue field.

  • Experience using Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Salesloft and/or Lusha.

  • Have experience in entrepreneurship or the associative field.

    Please note that :

    

    - A native-equivalent level of French is an absolute must. English proficiency is important for internal communication at Greenly.

    - This role is based in Paris. We have a very flexible work from home policy. Candidates who are not based in the region will not be considered.
