🌱 About us
Greenly was founded in 2019 by Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud with one mission: make carbon management as essential as financial management.
Today, we are a global leader in carbon accounting, proudly B-Corp certified and part of the French Tech 120. Our climate suite combines smart data collection with intuitive automation, helping companies measure, reduce, and report their emissions with ease — supported at every step by our in-house climate experts. 💚
More than 3,500 companies in 20+ countries use Greenly to manage their climate strategy: from carbon assessments and life-cycle analyses to SBTi trajectories and compliance with CSRD and CBAM.
We are now a team of 200+ people from 40+ nationalities, based in Paris, London, Barcelona, and New York. 🌎
To date, we’ve tracked over 200 million tons of CO₂ through our platform. Our next milestone: 10,000 clients and one billion tons of CO2 under management.

🌱 About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team and take ownership across three fronts at once: vertical positioning, sales enablement, and product launch messaging. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and GTM — turning complex regulatory and technical subject matter into messaging that converts, and into enablement that unblocks pipeline. This is a senior, high-autonomy role for someone who thinks like an operator, not just a marketer: you'll be expected to diagnose where messaging clarity is costing us deals, and fix it.
🌱 What you will own
Vertical positioning & messaging 📣
Own and evolve positioning across Greenly's strategic verticals (Automotive, Packaging, F&B, Construction/BTP, Fashion/Textile, Pharma/Chemicals, Electronics), anchoring messaging in the regulation that creates urgency for each (CBAM, CSRD/ESRS E1, PPWR, SBTi, EU Battery Regulation) rather than generic ESG framing.
Partner with GTM and Sales to translate vertical positioning into ABM campaign briefs, outbound talk tracks, and content that speaks the language of each buyer.
Keep messaging synchronized with the regulatory calendar — CBAM is the sharpest wedge we have; your job is to make sure every vertical has an equivalent.
Sales enablement ⚙️
Build and maintain battlecards, objection-handling guides, and enablement material that Sales actually uses — no shelfware.
Run regular enablement sessions with AEs and SDRs; treat Sales feedback as a primary input to the roadmap, not an afterthought.
Build Storylane demos and guided, self-serve product tours that showcase Greenly's product in action — for prospects, partners, and Sales to use throughout the funnel.
Product launches & messaging 🚀
Lead go-to-market messaging for new product releases, in particular EcoPilot's AI agents (e.g. the Environmental Engineer agent) and LCA/ACV capabilities — ensuring product pages and campaigns only claim what's actually shipped.
Act as the guardrail between Product and content: no page gets rewritten around a feature that isn't live yet.
Define launch tiering, sequencing, and success metrics in partnership with Product Management.
Analyst & industry benchmark relations 📊
Own Greenly's presence in third-party industry reports and benchmarks (Verdantix, Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Sia Partners, and other analyst/consulting studies) — this is how buyers validate vendors before they ever talk to Sales.
Manage the participation calendar across all tracked firms: decide which benchmarks to enter, own the relationship with analysts, and drive the RFI/questionnaire response process end to end.
Build and maintain a reusable answer library so responses to recurring analyst questions don't get rebuilt from scratch every cycle.
Turn analyst recognition (rankings, "leader" placements, quotes) into GTM assets — sales one-pagers, website proof points, PR.
🌱 Skills to succeed
💡 3+ years in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS, ideally in a technical, regulated, or compliance-driven space.
🧠 Proven track record turning complex/regulatory subject matter into messaging that a buyer (and a sales rep) can act on.
⚙️ Direct experience building sales enablement material that field teams actually use, not just producing collateral.
🤝 Strong cross-functional operating style — you'll work daily with Sales, GTM, RevOps, and Product.
🇬🇧/🇫🇷 Fluent in French and English; comfortable producing final deliverables in English for international teams.
🪴 Bonus: prior exposure to carbon accounting, ESG, sustainability reporting, or another compliance-driven vertical (fintech/insurtech regs, cybersecurity compliance, etc.).
