Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting , we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features making it possible for our clients to measure precisely, actively reduce, and report efficiently on their progress. On top of that, our clients receive dedicated guidance from our Climate Experts throughout their journey.

We are a team of 250 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

We support over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 200 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform.

Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

🌱 About the team

As a Software Engineer and member of our Product team, you would join a cross-functional squad composed of full-stack developers, and UX-designers. 

Your mission would be that of powering the delivery of the team and making sure that technically sound features are delivered in time by the team.

In close collaboration with the Squad Technical Lead and other team members, you will : 

• Deliver high quality code to ensure delivery of new exciting features
• Continuously improve our product by monitoring and fixing bugs
• Influence the product roadmap to make your cross-fonctional squad succesful  
• As you grow your technical skills,  mentor more junior team members

🌱 About the role 

• Software-engineering : after a top-notch Engineering diploma, you have already experienced working  as a back-end software engineer in a start-up or scale-up company. 
• Stack Knowledge Expertise in TypeScript & PostgreSQL .
• Agility : you master the ability to deliver high quality code fast. The importance of Keep It Simple (KISS) implementation is obvious to you and you know the price you pay when you don't. TDD is your middle-name.
• Team Player: You want to contribute to a team and make it succeed.
• Ambition: You are eager to learn any new skills and have a strong ambition for yourself.

• 1st call with the hiring manager, to meet and exchange on the position
• 2nd call with theVP Engineering, on technical knowledge and experience
• 3nd call: Typescript test followed by Pair Programming session
